Orders placed are shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Free shipping is offered on all Australian orders over $100.00.

Australia and New Zealand Orders

Metropolitan Sydney: 2-4 days
Rural areas in NSW: 3-5 days
Metropolitan areas in Capital cities in all other States: 3-5 days
Rural areas in all other States: 4-6 days
New Zealand: 3-10 days

International Orders
Delivery within 5-15 business days.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post; Swim Guard is not liable for any delays or errors.

International Orders – Duties and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all duties, fees, taxes, or charges related to the package.

Correct Information
Ensure correct delivery address at checkout to avoid extra shipping charges for returned parcels.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final, except for faulty items or incorrect shipments.
No returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
Little Urchin does not refund shipping costs for lost or stolen packages.

Faulty Items and Refunds
Report faulty items within 7 business days of delivery.
Return items in original condition with original invoice.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

Note: Minor variations may occur due to natural ingredients. If the product is stored in a cold location, it may slightly harden due to its natural ingredients. Simply warm up the product to the desired texture and use as suggested.
